Welcome to the City of Fayetteville’s Parking Permit System! Please login or register to begin.

If you require assistance applying for a permit, please click ‘Contact Us’ below. You may also visit the Parking Office located at the Spring Street Parking Deck at 416 W. Spring Street. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. 

The following permits allow the permit holder to park the permitted vehicle in designated areas without the requirement of paying at the pay station or via the ParkMobile app.  All permits are virtual – the license plate is the permit.  

Dickson Street Entertainment District Monthly Permit (South Zone):

This permit is valid for on-street parking in designated areas south of Dickson Street.  A limited number are available.  See map.

Downtown Square Business District Parking Permits:

This permit is valid for any of the five (5) municipal surface lots located near Fayetteville’s Historic Square Gardens.  See map.

Town Center Deck Permit:

This permit is valid in the Town Center Parking Deck, located on the south side of the Town Center, near the Downtown Square.  See map.

 

West Avenue Parking Deck Permit:

This permit is valid in the West Avenue Parking Deck, located on West Avenue just north of Dickson Street.  A limited number are available.  See map.
